Well-above average
It's not flawless. Here are my suggestions. Improve sound quality somehow, it's not very smooth-sounding right now. Add music - preferably some woodwind or flowing soft piano music for this one. Introduce a plot early on. Tune up on your animation to make it less skippy/pausy. You deserve credit for starting a series like this because it looks really enterprising and challenging. I wish you luck.

The only thing you should not have done is say that it was your first flash movie. There are people here who regularly vote zero on "first movies" without watching. I hope you make make more movies and share them!
The big picture
Questions:
1) What country are you depicting, Iraq or Afghanistan?
2) Is the big picture that after 9/11 simply that the American "aggressors" came to the country and invade, pillage, and cause suffering?
3) What would you like people to do after getting the message?
Anyway, my main suggestion is to make the frame rate faster. And you might think that subtitles are a bad idea, but many of us infidels don't understand your language and it would really be useful.
Although many people find this offensive, I find it a nice counterbalance to the patriotism and the paying of respects to dead Americans. And it isn't THAT horrible. It just portrays an unconventional viewpoint that coincides with the viewpoint of terrorists. I understand the fact that many non-terrorist arab people agree with this. I do not "lack the education."
The Iraq and the Afghanistan are suffering. Much died not guilty people because of the Americans. People must spread the instruction of Allah to uneducated people. Allah can help uneducated. The Bush still does not have to be the president American!
Action packed
This is pretty good, but it is annoying that the good guys don't get hit and only the bad guys die.

I like these home movies.
Maybe there's just something wonderful about amateurish videos of people doing things to themselves or blowing things up. I admit that the things done on this don't individually compare to videos of guys falling off buildings and hitting concrete, or people lighting themselves on fire, or prisoners being brutally executed, but this is just such a big combo platter that it filled me up. NICE

Why did you make this!
I cannot fathom why anyone would spend hours, and perhaps days making a movie where frame after frame of a damned purple penis flashes across the screen. What are you, gay? I can't believe that I watched this. It was extremely atrocious. Do you want to make people blind themselves? What the fuck! At least "Bonjour!" had an element of surprise that brought some degree of humor. This was just terribly blatant. Please do not make another movie with a guy groping himself or with male genitalia.
Not bad nor good
This was a really pointless movie, but it isn't horrible. I liked the fight scene somewhat. The look wasn't that bad either. The problem was that the whole thing was unconnected, not in a very haha laugh-out-loud manner (ex. Arfenhouse). Try making the scenes faster and possibly funnier.
I noticed the same thing.
