Cool! I hope this passes.
Two things you should have done -
1) Don't say this is my (insert number here)th flash unless that number is huge or unless you are a well-known veteran. Some people will just hit 0 when they see the number 2 and think, "Hey, that's a low number. This flash must suck."
2) Start the movie with a BIG attention-getter. Something that will make people who normally just watch 2 seconds (and BLAM) stick through the whole movie. The general rule to ensure a good score is to show the second-best part first and the best part at the end.
Nice music. Nice effects. I'm probably wrong, but I guess that you probably have Swift 3d or some other 3d program. If you do, it would be wise to make full use of that and put some 3d animations into the flash. They always look good in a 2d environment.
